These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Primecanto website ("the Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Entertainment only — no real money
Primecanto is a free social-play showcase provided purely for entertainment. The Site does not offer gambling and does not involve real money in any form. There is nothing to deposit, nothing to wager, nothing to win and nothing to withdraw. Any points, coins or progress shown are cosmetic, hold no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value.

The Primecanto name, layout and original graphics are protected. Game titles and artwork displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective owners (for example, Play'n GO). Primecanto is an independent, non-commercial showcase and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those owners. Such material is shown for descriptive and illustrative purposes only.

6. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. Content is provided for general entertainment and informational purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primecanto is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
